Terms and Conditions
Ordering: By placing an order with Genzi, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for processing your purchase. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Receiving Orders: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We aim to dispatch your order within 10 to 14 days. You will be notified with tracking information once your order has cleared customs and is on its way to you.
Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Cancelling Orders: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed before the item has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will need to follow our returns policy to initiate a return.
